Welcome to BanglaVerse Hosting. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including Minecraft server hosting and related offerings. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services, in compliance with Minecraft's terms of service. Users under 18 must have parental consent. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws in Bangladesh or your region.
Services
BanglaVerse Hosting provides Minecraft server hosting with features like DDR-5 RAM, NVMe SSDs, BDIX support, and DDoS protection. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
User Conduct
You agree not to use our services for illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, distributing malicious software, or engaging in DDoS attacks. You must comply with Minecraft's End User License Agreement (EULA) and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Payment and Billing
All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. You agree to pay the fees for the selected plan as outlined in our pricing section. We may change pricing with prior notice. Billing cycles are calculated based on the active subscription period, and adjustments may apply in case of downtime as outlined in our Refunds and Compensation policy.
Refunds and Compensation
We offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase for server hosting plans. Between 24 hours and 7 days, you are eligible for a credit refund to your account balance, which can be used for future purchases. No refunds are available after 7 days. Domains are non-refundable. In the event of downtime, you will be compensated by receiving that day free; the extra day will only be counted if there was no prior notice on Discord. Cancellations can be made via our billing panel. We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment or violation of these terms.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Any activity under your account is considered your responsibility.
Data Backup
Users are responsible for backing up their server data. We may provide optional backups, but we are not liable for any data loss.
Third-party Services
Use of third-party plugins, mods, or external tools is at your own risk. We are not responsible for compatibility issues or damages caused by third-party services.
Termination for Abuse
Accounts may be terminated without notice for violating laws or these terms. Refunds will not be issued in cases of abuse or TOS violations.
Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features of the hosting service at any time. Users will be notified of major changes via Discord or email.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate local courts.
Age Restrictions
Users under 13 cannot use the service. Users between 13–18 need parental consent to use our services.
Privacy
Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. We will not share sensitive information with third parties without your consent.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and software, is owned by BanglaVerse Hosting or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
BanglaVerse Hosting is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or service interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services for violating these terms, including non-payment or abuse of services. You may terminate your account via the billing panel at any time.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated 'Last Updated' date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
